Dylan founded AI-tocracy to push beyond hype and critically examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping public life. As a User-Experience Researcher, AI Policy Analyst, and ordained Minister, Dylan has seen firsthand how emerging technologies deepen inequality and disrupt essential systems like health, housing, and speech. His work—spanning algorithmic fairness, AI governance, emotional well-being design, and digital legacy—drives his belief that technology must be accountable to the people it affects most. With a Ph.D. in Information Science and industry experience at Yahoo! and Verizon Media, Dylan combines research rigor, practical insight, and a deep commitment to justice at the heart of AI-tocracy’s work.

An 8-year veteran in the responsible tech media space, Dylan is the co-founder and co-host of the award-winning Radical AI Podcast. He previously hosted the Ethically Speaking podcast at the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.
